properly regulated. Teenagers have been living for sixteen years without a license. One of two more years will not make much of a difference, especially when it means protecting their safety. By raising the driving age to 18 there will be a decrease in teen accidents and teen fatalities involving car accidents. It's such a serious problem that the Congress should force the states to stop fully and driver under 16, the age should be raise to 18.
