Shelf Life of Music is so short, Why?

1. Bach's music is still being played over 250 years after his death. Conversely, 90% of the popular CDs that were in the Charts 15 years ago are no longer available. …it still will be the main ingredient in the future. If it is not then my great, great, great grandchildren can leave me cryogenically frozen. I strongly believe that if any music survives the ages it should be music from this genre. It is rich in sensuality yet robust with it's lyrics. But I also think that with every new generation of music theree will be music for each and every culture of the world.
