…We cannot just put our hands over our eyes and not see the evidence that were collected against a criminal. We have to use common sense, how could we let go of a person who clearly committed a crime, because in his defense he says that his rights were violated. Well what about the rules that he broke, that made the agents of the government investigate his action? Didn't that person violate the states rights?
