…Personally, I have come to enjoy and love this particular work. Tchaikovsky wrote this symphony during the most difficult time of his life, but each movement, though filled at times with total turmoil and confusion, just adds to and compliments the rest. This level of quality of composition shows the kind of talent that Tchaikovsky had at his command. I feel that he truly deserves his place among the master composers of the Romantic Period.
