…case the conflict resolution was more like a discussion that had gone astray. Using compromise and collaboration we arrived at a solution. Maybe it was not the solution that we all wanted, but it was a solution to say the least. We will never leave our meetings totally undone now that we have a system in place for our discussions. We make sure that our meetings are open, respectful and that we are a team.
