…years before their sentence is carried out. The appeals process needs to be sped up so that closure can come to the victims left behind by the perpetrators of these vile acts. It all boils down to this, no criminal that has suffered the fate he has brought upon himself, capitol punishment, has ever harmed another person. This fact alone ensures that capitol punishment is the correct, just and moral way to punish these criminals.
