In concluded his examination of the golden rule Wattles offers us several ways to consider the rule. "Abandon the rule, reformulate it, or retain is as commonly worded, while taking advantage of objections to clarify its proper interpretation. I take the third way" (Inquiry, p#240, paragraph 24) And I would have to agree with him.
