So in conclusion, antitrust laws keep our economic system flowing smoothly. Although, the government needs to be able to step in sooner, and take harsher action when it comes to monopolistic practices, or anticompetitive practices, so that we won't be held hostage to a companies high prices or inadequate or unwanted product.
