Don't try to touch your toes. Just bring your arm in the T position. Watch closely.

and side (oblique) muscles. I do all my sets of situps it the morning and then again at night....also, if you are just sitting around watching television, do some situps and stretch out...this will all help you in the end.
what seems to help me do a toe touch is to kick three or so times with each leg. :Arms in "V" :Then kick with out stopping(No more than a 3 sec.pause!!!)
