Just recently in 1999 the citizens of Venezuela just rewrote their constitution and also renamed the country Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. All this change has helped Venezuela climb out of an economic slump. This is just a brief summary of Venezuela and mainly the key parts of this country, which I hope, will interest you as much as it did me.
