Visitation: Lebanon County Library System

The Lebanon County Library System is made up of six independent public libraries serving the information needs of Lebanon county residents. The System is committed to providing the best possible information service by offering open access to materials, services and programs in support of literacy and reading. The United Way supports and helps to fund these libraries. My son Alec had to do some sort of community service project for his school so I contacted …

…books and to interact with others about reading. What I found is these libraries in Lebanon County are more then just places to get books. They are helping adults by tutoring them so they may do things on there own. They are running an after school program for younger children that is helping these kids greatly. What I see is this program is providing hope for the future by helping with the problems of today.
