Everyday hundreds of starving, poor, and oppressed people begin a road to survival. These immigrants travel through a road filled with trappers, thieves, and crooked authorities. During the documentary we watched I began to realize how difficult Latinos and Central Americans lives really were. The economic situation in Central American countries is out of control, even in the United States we still do not understand that these illegal immigrants must break American law to continue …

…ironic that before the United States was established it was inhabited by the Incas and native Central Americans. Only recently they were pushed south and their economy was crushed by overpopulation and lack of industrialization. These illegal immigrants are traveling on a road to survival and most perish on this road. It is a great human injustice that is occurring in Central America and if we don't do anything to remedy the situation who will?
