…plan was to make them better supervisors, hence making their departments run at the optimal rates. The outcome over the last four months has been successful. We have had failures, but we know how to regroup and assess the issues and how to correct them. I believe that we are on a successful pace. Not all of the issues have been remedied, but we continue to strive to do the right thing each and everyday.
