We know this because The Sun has pictures of semi-naked women inside and The Daily Telegraph has more business and political stories. Differences apart they both have typical newspaper qualities like name, sports section, effective headlines, interesting opening articles, puzzles, T.V guide and adverts but in their own way they have two very different ways of doing the same job.
