…endure much more that men. Men have less pressure as far as body image unless they want to emulate to be a body builder, fitness instructor, or engaging in some type of athletic sport. There is no such thing as perfect figure or size. The perfect size or figure is being happy with yourself, loving who you are, and having your health and well-being. That is the most important thing and should matter the most.
