…of its nations fairly when invading that privacy, has and always will be a topic of concern. There has never been a single law to protect all rights of privacy. However, Acts and Amendments to the U.S. Constitution help protect an individuals freedom against unwanted intrusions. With the combination of education and a strong democracy, we as Americans should have the knowledge and power to control our own privacy, and flow of personal information.
