…The Giver is a great book. It has a good story line and makes the reader want to invest more into the novel. It is a science fiction that can be believed even with the unbelievable aspects in it. This story gives enough background to make you think about the future and about what it would be like without features in our environment that are taken for granted. I suggest this book to all readers.
