…characters. The information was too broad, and not enough facts were given to develop such characters as Eunice or the Indians. This made the novel difficult to follow and even more difficult to believe as factual. I felt that I was reading more on Demos' thoughts surrounding the events, than the true history trying to be illustrated. If Demos' novel was written more as a fictional story, it would be easier to follow and enjoy.
